Morena Energy: a disciplined approach to African petroleum supply
Morena Energy is a Nigerian-incorporated petroleum trading and supply-facilitation company headquartered in Victoria Island, Lagos. We operate at the supply layer of the downstream market — sourcing refined products internationally and placing them with creditworthy offtakers across West, Central, East, North and Southern Africa.
Our model is deliberately capital-light. Rather than owning production assets, pipelines or terminals, our value resides in our network of refiners and traders, our trade-finance relationships, and a record of disciplined, cargo-level execution. That focus lets us serve markets — particularly landlocked ones — where reliable supply commands a premium.
This profile is the first in a series of Newsroom updates intended to give counterparties, banks and prospective partners a clear, factual view of how we work. Future entries will cover market context and the standards that underpin our trading.
