Operating responsibly: a note on how we choose counterparties
Every Morena transaction begins with counterparty diligence. We screen against applicable sanctions regimes, apply KYC and AML procedures to banking and trading relationships, and document arrangements under internationally recognised legal frameworks.
We do not operate in grey areas. Where a counterparty, vessel operator, terminal or inspection agency cannot meet our standards, the transaction does not proceed. This is not a constraint on the business — it is the business.
We will continue to use the Newsroom to communicate, in plain terms, how responsibility is built into our day-to-day trading rather than treated as a separate function.
